Hope you have a "magical" day!

 I am happy with the Christmas cards I made this year but I needed a change from that theme. I belong to a yahoo group called "magnolialicious" and most months we have a "mingle" where you make a card and send it to another group member. The membership is far and wide with people all over the world.

I made this card for the January mingle 2011. I have not had the chance to use the Magnolia stamp called "little mermaid tilda" which you can purchase here so I decided it was time to ink her up and get out the copic markers. I used Tiffany papers from we are memory keepers, paper flowers from Wild Orchid crafts and All That Scraps as well as little bitty sparkles from Close To My Heart (which you can puchase from my online website here).

Christmas Cards 2010

For several weeks now, I have been making several Christmas cards for my friends and family. Here is a sample of some of the cards I have made. I used the jingle paper from Close To My Heart for most of them which you can purchase here, the flowers are mostly from Wild Orchid crafts and the Magnolia store, and I colored each of the Magnolia stamps with copic markers. I made easel cards but for the sake of not having too many pictures, I just posted the front of the card and the close up of the magnolia.

Little Elf Lexi......Hollydays

Alexia had an elf play at her preschool in December 2007. I made an elf costume for her to wear which she looked so cute in. This paper which is now retired from Close To My Heart called "Hollydays" worked out perfectly with her pictures.
