She's a Beauty of Mine

If you ever get the chance to attend a Close To My Heart "Workshop on the go", you will not be disappointed. At these workshops you get to complete one double 12x12 layout and then have enough paper and stickease to make two additional double layouts and a few cards. At my workshops we try to get the cutting done for all 6 pages and then assemble the workshop layout, so all you have to do when you get home is assemble the other four pages with the paper that is already cut.

This workshop on the go is from the Close To My Heart "Notebook" collection which includes the Notebook level II paperpack and stickease, colonial white brads, and hollyhock grossgrain ribbon. I love how these pictures of my daughter turned out and I often look at her in awe of her beauty and I am so thankful that she is mine! Enjoy!

Your A Hoot! Card

I am instantly drawn to owl stamps, stickers and paper because it reminds me of my grandmother who loved owls and had figurines all over her house. I cannot take any credit for this card as it was almost entirely "scraplifted" from another Close To My Heart consultant, Yvette West (check out her blog at http://www.justduckyaheart.blogspot.com/). I used all Close To My Heart products (tools used include Stampin Up punch and Spellbinder die cuts). Enjoy!.......

Thank You cards for Teachers

Okay, I promise this will be the last post of this "style" of card but it just works so well and I have been really enjoying this paperpack by We R Memory Keepers called "Tiffany". These are cards I made for my daughter's kindergarten teachers who are both young and "hip". They really enjoyed them and of course so fun to make.......

Congratulations on being Preggers Cards

I used the We R memory Keepers in "Tiffany" for the paper and the stamped image and sentiment are stamping bella. I love to use my spellbinder dies in scallopod ovals for the images and labels four for the sentiment.

I love making journals for the patients that I work with. For this journal, I used all Close to my Heart products including the More to Adore paperpack, paper flowers, organdy ribbon and the "He said, She said" stamp set for the sentiment.
