My Creative Bracket Frame Blog Hop

Welcome to our September Cross Canada Blog Hop!
In this hop, you will see how our Crafty Canadian Close To My Heart Consultants have decorated their Bracket Frames! We hope you enjoy our blog hop today!

If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop, but if you want to follow us across Canada then please start at the beginning and join Deanne's Blog in NewFoundland. If you came from Tara's blog, then you are in the right place

This month our project is the My Creations Bracket Frame. This product can be found on page 132 of the 2012 Autumn/Winter Idea Book, which can be purchased exclusively through myself, an Close to My Heart Independent Consultant, for only $8.95.

This is a bracket frame made with the Avonlea paperpack and coordinating embellishments. I also used the Artiste cricut cartridge to make the roses and rosettes. I also cut the butterflies with this same cartridge. The satin polka dot ribbon looks so lovely with these papers.

Here are some close-ups of the frame...

You can purchase your own bracket frame on my website here.

Your next stop on the Cross Canada Hop is to Nancy's Blog.

  1. So much detail! I love your frame Kathy!

  2. The rosettes.. the butterflies.. all of it.. wonderful!! TFS

  3. Beautiful frame! Luv the flowers and, of course, the butterflies. I luv butterflies!

  4. Oh, Kathy, I think your frame is beautiful. I like the layering of your base piece (slightly smaller than the frame) and how you distressed the edges. Your butterflies are stunning. I like your ribbon gathering and how you put words around the inside edge of the frame. I will be scraplifting some of these ideas!

  5. Stunning project, Kathy!!! Love the accordion rosettes and that unique touch on the satin ribbon. Gotta use that idea.
